Shipment and delivery from September 1st
To place orders on MAYMOMA.COM Clients must be registered and create a personal account.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with all the details of your purchase. You may check the status of your order at any time by writing an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a tracking number and a link that will enable you to track your order.
You can pay by credit card using the PAYPALL circuit.
Published prices and final invoices are in Euro.
Purchasing on MAYMOMA.COM is reserved to final users. Italian VAT (22%) is included in the prices.
As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from MAYMOMA.COM are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro.
The invoice will be sent by email and attached with the shipment.
We will deliver your order to the address that you provided during the registration or to a different address specified in the check out page.
All shipping will be made using TNT carrier.
The delivery time may change according to the country of destination. For Italian destinations, delivery usually takes from 2 to 4 working days from the day of dispatch. MAY MOMA shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of MAY MOMA.
Shipping fees will be calculated depending on the destination of your package.
International Shipments are intended ex-works. MAY MOMA is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties or any fees charged by customs.
In case you receive a defective item, you are entitled to replacement (or reimbursement in case of your product is no longer available). The defective item can be returned at our expenses. You can contact our Customer Service writing an e-mail to email@example.com and we will organize the pick-up.
In case you intend to employ the right of withdrawal (Art. 64 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), delivery costs will be at your charge, you will be able to choose the courier that you prefer. We suggest you to opt for an insured delivery because the responsibility of the goods is yours meanwhile the goods reach our warehouse.
All items can be returned within 10 days from the day of delivery. Every return must be approved by our Customer Service, otherwise MAY MOMA won’t accept the parcel. The return authorization e-mail must be insert inside your parcel.
All items must be returned in the same conditions that they were when you received them, labels included.
MAY MOMA will not accept returned articles worn or without labels and packaging or showing obvious signs of previous use.
Once verified the integrity of the returned product and the respect of the procedures, MAY MOMA will refund you the amount paid for each product for which was exercised his right of withdrawal. The reimbursement shall take place not later than 30 days after receipt of the above-mentioned products.
In case of breakage of one or more articles the customer must contact customer service at email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating in the message the reference code of every single product and the date of purchase. Return for repair must be authorized by customer service. Any shipping/taxes are payable by the customer.
